Ormond Beach
Minutes north of our Daytona Beach office. Many homes are older builds, so roof condition and electrical panel capacity get reviewed first.
Port Orange
A mix of newer construction and established neighborhoods, which changes both the roof review and whether an HOA sits in the approval path.
New Smyrna Beach
Coastal exposure puts roof condition and material choice near the front of any project review.
Edgewater
Largely single-story homes on generous lots, which often gives a roof review more usable area to work with.
Deltona
One of the largest cities in Volusia County and Duke Energy territory, unlike the coastal side of the county.

Service Area Questions

Does Nova Structa serve my city?
Nova Structa works across Florida and in metro Atlanta, Georgia. This page lists 257 cities in 48 counties. If your city is not listed, call (386) 385-4004 or request a free assessment; your address, not the city name, decides which utility serves you and which options apply.
Why do some cities have their own page and others do not?
A city gets its own guide when something there genuinely changes the answer: a different or municipal utility, a split service territory, new-construction volume, or our home office. Everywhere else, the process and the options follow your utility and your home, which is covered here and on the utility pages.
Why does my utility matter more than my city?
Your electric utility decides the interconnection process, how a solar system is credited on the bill, and which financing structures are available. Some cities are split between two utilities, so two homes on the same street can have different options. Confirming the utility for your address is the first step of an assessment.
Which services are available in my area?
Nova Structa coordinates solar, roofing, HVAC, water filtration and heaters, smart home, and solar pergola projects. Availability, equipment, financing and eligibility vary by project, location and provider, and are confirmed in the written project documents.
Who does the installation work?
Installations are performed by independent Florida licensed contractor(s). Nova Structa does not perform installation work.
